To assist the organisers of the variety of events and festivals that are programmed within the municipality each year, Council has created an Events and Festivals Info Kit (831.17 KB)
This kit was specifically designed to provide advice to event and festival organisers within Manningham and to provide guidance for complying with Council regulations while planning an event or festival.
Copies of the kit can also be obtained by using our online service request form or call Council's Cultural Services Team on 9840 9333.
Groups wishing to present events on Council land and within public parks will need to pay a bond. The bond ranges between $250 - $500 dependent on the nature of the event.

Community organisations wanting to erect a community event sign on Council owned or managed land are required to complete an community event signs application form and pay an application fee.
