Introduction to strength training for LGBTQIA+ youth

Come along to an introduction to strength (PT) training at Aquarena, with Pony Club Gym instructor Ella Mason. 

Ella will demonstrate how to use the weights and machines at Aquarena so you can begin your physical health journey. Ella is a LGBTQIA+ friendly personal trainer.

These sessions are tailored for youth aged 12 to 17 years, all genders.

No prior experience required.

All people deserve to have access to strength, fitness and wellbeing, regardless of who they are, how they live or what they believe.
