Aquarena is offering a number of minimal impact, non-intimidating classes during This Girl Can Week, including a free yoga class.
This easy to follow yoga class is suitable for all fitness levels and is instructed by a certified Aquarena yoga instructor. Calm your mind, strengthen your body and experience the joy of yoga.
Participants will also be invited to a facility tour, either before or after the session, and all participants will receive a goodie bag.
What to wear: Runners and comfortable clothes that you can move around in.
What to bring: A drink bottle.
