Powerful Owl Park is a new sporting and recreation facility in Manningham's Open Space Network. The Reserve contains three soccer fields, a sports pavilion, spectator area, small playground, toilets, BBQ and a short walking path around the site.
Powerful Owl Park has an outlook towards the Yarra River and borders Parks Victoria land to the north. It has a large prominent gumtree near the entrance, leading to onsite carparking and a sports pavilion with public amenity.
The Reserve is situated along Templestowe Road close to Birrarrung Park, the local bus network and nearby housing.
