As we're all now spending a lot more time at home than we might like, staying as physically active as possible is more important than ever, for both our physical and mental health.

To help you stay healthy and active, Belgravia Group, which operates Aquarena Aquatic and Leisure Centre, and YMCA, which operates Mullum Mullum Stadium, have launched a range of online fitness programs that provide new home-based exercise options for residents.

Belgravia’s programs are offered through their brand new Home Fitness Network portal that Manningham residents can access for $7.50 per week.

This portal will offer access to over 100 workouts, plus online nutrition, advice and music. Existing Aquarena members can access the full suite for a reduced fee of $5.00 per week.

YMCA is offering two free online platforms that can be accessed by the community. In partnership with YMCA Canada, YThrive Home brings you workouts that are designed for almost any fitness level and can be done from your living room.

THE YMCA has also launched Les Mills On Demand, a temporary website providing free access to over 100 workouts. The new site has something for everyone, from high intensity interval training designed to improve strength and fitness fast, to dance fitness workouts, and also mindfulness practices to slow the stream of thoughts that can cause our stress.

There are also children's workouts suitable for kids aged 4 to 16 years, and a post-partum series to help new mothers get back to exercise safely.
